Call Protect, add to favourites online - no option to add favourite

I am trying to manage Call Protect and add favourites as per the following

Add to favourites online

open the EE app or go to ee.co.uk
go to Plans and Subscriptions
choose Digital Home Phone
go to Call Protect then Manage
from the three tabs at the top click Received
you’ll see a list of your recent numbers
select the three dots (...) next to the number you want to select to see more options
Choose Favourite.

However, there is no option to chose favourites only Block or Delete. Am I missing something?

Are you able to add the contact to your favourites through the phone menus, on the digital home phone itself?

I can add contacts to the phone OK but the online list only displays numbers and I sometimes block someone in error! That's why I want to add favourites online as per the instructions copied above.

If the same thing is happening on a couple of different devices and browsers, I recommend speaking with our technical support team so they can look into this further for you.

I have tried the following permutations and not surprised to say nothing worked:

Android Phone EE app: (Call Protect…) We can’t load this information. Not your fault… [!]
Android Tablet EE app: (Call Protect…) We can’t load this information. Not your fault… [!]
Android Tablet, browser: unable to save favourites as original post
Windows 10 PC, Firefox: unable to save favourites as original post
Windows 10 PC, Brave: unable to save favourites as original post
Windows 11, Laptop, Edge: unable to save favourites as original post

I'll try speaking to speaking to the tech support team. Seems there's no email address but a postal address to write in!!!
