Issues with phone ringing

Hello,

I am having lots of issues with the EE Digital Home phone, when the phone rings Try to answer the call but as soon as I do the phone ends the call and going straight to voicemail.

Have had the phone replaced by EE and the Router replaced, the answer machine notification will ring about 20 mins to 1 hour after the call has left a voice mail.

have phone EE tech support so many times and have been told that the issue will get fixed they fix one issue and other issue arises.

Any help would be appreciated

Which model of phone are you using here, and is this connected directly to your hub via the socket on the back, or paired via WPS?

Also you've mentioned new issues cropping up just as one is resolved - is it specifically the calls not being answered that you're facing at the moment, or something else?
