I have the engineers here now and they have suggest for me to get a landline adaptor

@lizellielloyd60 Posting on the Forum you are not speaking to EE, just customers like yourself. As you have and getting landline DV system, will take up to 48hrs for it all to gel together, but it is a call to EE CS to get said item.
