Welcome to the community.

Have you tried resetting the phone? You can do it through 'settings' in the phone menus. Once it's been reset, try registering it again using the WPS buttons.

Hi

i’ve just noticed this morning that one of my bt digital phones is not working ‘no link to hub’. This is a Bt alexa phone. We have 2 other Bt digital phone - not alexa and they are working!! The ‘alexa’ phone, i cannot deregister, reregister and has build in batteries so there is no where on the phone to access these. I have switch the EE hub off and on, pressed the WPS button but this phone will not ‘link to the hub’ i can get it to search but then comes up ‘no link to hub’. The phone is fully charged. Is there anything else i can do or is a new phone required?

I had this problem. BT Advanced Digital Phone with Alexa had disconnected from new EE Smart Hub 7 Pro. Tried to register phone using WPS button on hub but failed. Tried resetting phone (Menu/Phone Settings/Reset) but still not able to register. Removed batteries from phone (had to prize of back cover to reach them unlike Basic BT Digital phone which has a slide off cover over batteries). Re-insert batteries and registration worked! However, unable to get Alexa function to work. It did with previous BT Smart Hub but assume no longer supported.
