Home phone adaptor

I've received two phone adaptors I do not require as i use my own router. I can see online we rent the routers and we will be charged if we don't return them but no mention of the phone adaptors.

How much do EE charge if I don't return the phone adaptor? Planning to put them on Ebay

@Jamesbuchanan66 presumably you are not taking Digital Voice from EE so unsure why you would have been sent them?

I've had a check over our equipment return charges, and whilst it specifically mentions this for broadband and TV products, there's nothing highlighted for digital home phone.

If you don't need these items, my recommendation would be to get in contact with our customer care team on 0330 123 1105, and they'll be able to confirm 100% if this shows as a returnable item on your account, and arrange the return if necessary.
