EE Home Phone Plus Ringtones & Accessibiilty features

Recently got EE full fibre and homophone. Went for the Home Phone Plus as it has ringer boost for those with hearing issues. I've tried changing the hearing boost settings and the change of tone but seems to be the same ringtone no matter what setting are used. I tried a Decibel meter app and it confirmed this. If I try to change the ringtone I get a message saying "Error Not currently Available".

Has anyone else got this to work?

@Afd The ringtones are NOT changeable!

Thanks, tried what it says but can’t change the ringtone.

Was it the steps on page 29 that you were trying? 'Changing tones' and 'Ringer Boost'?
