If you are talking about the EE Home Phone Plus, the functionality is almost identical to the BT Advanced Digital Home Phone and the user guide can be found here:

@Kevin1950 Probably waiting on the EE Branding version of the document, then getting the EE Link to the document on the site, in the meantime as both the EE and BT versions off the phone are the same you now have something. EE prefer you to use the help above for the features and the document gets you drilled down to setting's for the phone.
