According to the info on pricing there is pay pay per use, limited 700 min, unlimited and unlimited+international plans for home phone.

Cannot find anywhere within the app the option to add 700mins

Pay per use is just ridiculous and extortionate in this day and age and unlimited is about £18 a month again a little expensive. I believe the limited 700 plan is about £8 so is reasonable against the £5 for having pay per use.

How can you apply the 700 min package from within the app or account without having to call.

You need to call CS to order it.

The 700 minutes plan is no longer available since June 2024.. I renewed in July and renegotiated my contract and get the full call free option for £11 but you will need to have the Broadband package to get a discount. Call 150 and give it a try they are normally quite helpful.

Eh? You can't get a Home Phone plan from EE w/out having BB.
