      <description>&lt;P&gt;We a digital phone connected to the EE adapter supplied by EE with new Broadband, sadly it receives calls, rings ok but you cant hear voices either way, the phone we have connected to the hub works fine, any clues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3322463"&gt;@paultursner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sorry did not see you had multiple posting's, the system takes time to setup both Incoming and outgoing parts of the service, but you say the ATA connected phone is fine, so you have a DECT issue between the Router and the DVA, would start by powering off the router for a few minutes to reset it and see if that phone kicks into life.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So in essence the EE DV service is fine, the EE router is the issue, the DVA remote adapter not confirmed fully yet to what/which and how operation wise. And the newest EE Pro router is reported to be fine DV Wise but not confirmed 100% yet, so verdict is open on that one currently... Do not use the system as dropped the landline before joining EE when i looked at the forum posting's regarding the DV operation, knew BT was good and fine, but was caught in the NO join BT have to go EE which is not an issue as everything else is working all OK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3322463"&gt;@paultursner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can try if you wish, many have lived with the issue for a long time now, and it is unfortunate that it is not a clear and proven fact as yet, going backwards to an BT Smarthub2 as reported by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3711125"&gt;@WillKirk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you wish to read the post, the BT router is good but then there is the app etc and operation to consider apart from the DV side, going up to the new EE Pro wifi7 router with&amp;nbsp;no one confirming yet operational will be a more difficult ask to EE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
