We have just connected up our new smart hub & now our home phone handsets say “No voice service on the hub”. I have gone through setting on the handsets and registered them but it has not helped.

@HCCM

It can take a little while for the service to first appear and often rebooting the hub will resolve the issue. That's the way it was on BT so I suppose EE will be similar.

I mean rebooting as in powering off and on NOT resetting.

If you have the BT Smarthub then you can backup up your contacts and the hub's configuration in case a reset is required. Again I'm assuming the EE hub offers the same facility.

@Timbo45 You cannot do any backup off any type with the EE Smarthub+ router, but you can restore the Backed Up Contacts on DV from the BT Smarthub2 to the EE. @HCCM The service change over on DV can take Day's to come in and start to work correctly.... Also FW updates etc all happen on the New EE Smarthub+ router, you may just have to be patient with it.
