Got an engineer in yesterday while I was at work and didn’t connect the digital voice phone

surely he should have connected this as well as I can’t get it to connect with the online instructions

makes you wish you had never changed like a lot of people on here

This should be a customer install item - BT sent me one when my old DECT phones were playing up on the digital adaptor, and it installed over WiFi unproblematically as per the instructions that came with it.

Give the Guides a ring, (from a mobile!) and I’m sure one of them will walk you through it.

@Graham261 Was the engineer visit to look at the DV side, or was this a new install of BB?
