@Ronnie3cat And it just does not work at present on the EE DV Service. Dial your voicemail to check!

@Ronnie3cat You may be one of the few or one of the many, just not known as obviously the Forum see's only the complaint side, you are on the right area to see any other problems currently associated with the DV side, dropped the landline myself when changed to EE for that simple reason when i checked out all the issues that were going on, it may get better but there is no timescale for fixes etc.

I have also noticed this issue. Have a BT phone that usually flashes on a specific 1571 button when there are voicemail waiting but does not work and neither is there a stuttered dial tone.

The old system worked on PSTN and they reckon DV is the way forward and supposedly better 🤷‍

@J55C May happen some day, just never said what millennium it was perhaps to be in! Once everyone gets used to using a non working system, then it's cracked!!
