I would guess you are paying not for the phone itself but for a calling plan for DHP. I'd call CS to get it removed.

Moved from BT to EE. No longer require a landline phone and removed from contract. Noticed on billing a charge of £9.99 for digital home phone. Does anyone else pay for a phone they do not have or have I misunderstood the billing?
