Is there a reason why the digital home menu is not displaying on the app

@Bazman64 As i do not have DV, then not even sure what the app does or does not do. Think that you may be able to see what you need using the web interface, to get to this portal then http://192.168.1.254 this should open up the hub manager for you to see the DV side of things. Also below will link the help of DV may assist you but not sure.

If you tap the Manage option at the bottom of the app screen this will display the manage options. This should include Home Phone. tap on this option to display the Home Phone settings. Tap on Manage under Call Protect and your recent caller should be shown. The 3 dots to the right of the caller info opens a menu which allows you to manage callers.

Hi, I cannot see home phone in the mange phone drop down. How do I get this added ?

@Bazman64 Can you see the home phone as part of your EE ID from the web site when you are logged in?

Hi , I have created an EE Id and still cannot see home phone in the manage pull down section

I have been in touch with Tech Services, they too cannot help
