Registering DV phone to hub

I don’t think I’m stupid but…. (I have removed/replaced the batteries)

I am trying to register the DV phone to the EE hub. On the manage my phone page the following is displayed-

Status Service ready

Last registered 8/7/24 1151

Handsets

No handset registered.

Start registration -done-nothing comes up on the phone to guide through the steps.

Does anyone know homto resolve this. Photo attached

If the phone says 'register this handset to the hub' or something similar then click the ok button and it should guide you through the steps.
