PMs: Mark as Read Screwy!

My Msgs icon shows a no. of unread msgs, when I have read them all. So I attempt to Mark as Read with the results :
Mark All as Read: Reduced no. of unread msgs from 4 to 2. A further application keeps it at 2.
Mark Checked as Read: Errors with :

Item Not Found

The item you are trying to access is not available.

Thanks for highlighting this issue.

I have tested this with my own profile along with a test profile and am unable to replicate the issue you are experiencing. I have raised a ticket to the Khoros support team to investigate what is going on here, as soon as I have an update I will drop you a reply.

If anyone else is also seeing this problem, please post on this thread. This will help as ascertain if the problem is localised to one profile or if there is a bigger issue at play.
