@Jurgen3 , what are you wanting help with?

Yes they are available, but if you hang up and try again later, then you will get someone answering the phone, as it depends what other customers have for question and so could be answering phone calls and so cannot answer yours until they are free to do so, normally it should only take 20-30 minutes, so best hang up and try again.
