I dont know if you do a staff recognition programme but if so please can I nominate Liam Murray from Greenock.

I had to upgrade my phone due to battery life and Liam was amazing. I had recently suffered the loss of my partner suddenly and unexpectedly and Liam did everything he could to help me with the upgrade. He took the time to speak to me about grief and what he personally had been through. He was amazing, outstanding and a real credit to your company.

He is an absolute star and deserves any sort of recognition, financial reward, whatever you do as a company.

Thank you Liam - you do not know how much you helped me that day.
