It's fellow users opinions &amp;amp; knowledge. You couldn't really hold EE to it as you should be able to do with EE's Live Chat (via Help on on the the EE app). No, this is just a Community of users, just as many firms have, &amp;amp; it cannot address specific a/c queries.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Start Conversation&amp;nbsp; on each forum knows no hours. It is always available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
