How to Search Help?

It's no longer there! You can search the Community for keywords but you can't search Help for something you have an inkling of but can't work out where it will fall in the Help hierarchy.

Can you search using this link to help - Help & Support | EE?

I have just checked this now and have the search option, I can then select Help from the search results given 🙂

I see this below the 'how can we help' option I used pay bill and had search results I could select Help. What browser are you using?

No, I don't get the "How can we help?" box with Chrome. I get:

I am using Microsoft Edge, could you try another browser and clear all cookies and cache for Chrome?

The problem doesn't appear with FF. Therefore this issue is with Chrome.

Yes, it's fixed but why can't it be on every Help page, like it used to be, to save having to keep going back to Home Help?
