I don’t know that person and I don’t think I should be involved in this conversation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could you please help and explain to me why this conversation with &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2238070"&gt;@ClaudiaMig&lt;/a&gt; had been send over through my email address?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for any help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This forum is an open thread and anyone can view the posts on here and reply to them. You started the thread and so have likely subscribed to email notifications every time someone replies to it. It's an unfortunate reality that many support forums attract "me too" style posts where someone sees another user posting about what they think is a similar issue and joins in with "I have this problem too".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All the replies to this thread continue to come to all subscribed users, in this case &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2238070"&gt;@ClaudiaMig&lt;/a&gt; had joined the thread and all their subsequent posts (and replies) would be notified to all users. You can easily unsubscribe from the post once your issue has been resolved. This does not mean your email has been hacked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Further to the previous reply you may opt out of such emails by going to your Community Settings &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A id="link_9" class="lia-link-navigation user-subscriptions-link tab-link lia-custom-event" tabindex="-1" role="tab" href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-subscriptions" target="_blank" rel="noopener" aria-selected="false" data-di-id="#link_9"&gt;Subscriptions &amp;amp; Notifications&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Notification Settings &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Email Notifications &amp;amp; setting "&lt;STRONG&gt;New replies&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;posted to content I subscribe to" to Never &amp;amp; any others you don't fancy. You will still see activity on your threads from the Notification Feed (the Bell at top R).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
