Support for Special Needs Teenagers

Hi.

I am a teacher of special needs teenagers who are about to leave and transition into adult services and their local communities. I feel that the key to inclusion is being able to successfully use technology amd apps to aid them.

Have you got a number or address I could write to see about access to some phones within the school and any assistance you could provide.
