I would like to shout out a massive thank you to Sophie for her hard work and dedication in resolving a complicated situation that happened on my account. Sophie had gone out of her way to assist me in sorting out my plan that I was on. Even though I bored Sophie allot she listened to me and answered to the best of her ability all the questions I had. Sophie’s attitude and knowledge was above expectation she was confident and amazing. This is why I stay with EE because I feel comfortable talking with staff from there knowing that you are valued as a customer regardless of situation. Please forward this to Sophie line manager for her end of year appraisal.
