Excellent Customer Service

Just had to praise one of EE customer service advisors “Katrina” I had a slight problem with by EE bill not having a deduction for being a BT customer. She was great, professional, helpful with some humour, she was able to sort the problem, she is a credit to EE. Please pass on my thanks
