If I wanted to be a rocket scientist I would work for APPLE,

glad a choose EE all these years,problem sorted out in 30 min, with a human being who respected my confusion and lack of knowledge of technology

Are you having problems charging your phone and is it an Apple phone?

Your threat is somewhat confusing. You say you are going to 3 in July, but then write very impressed, maybe enlighten us

Just to add, if your phone will not charge, it could be the charger that is faulty or has developed a fault, and you would need to replace it.
