@Ostrospizgany You can not setup an account until you make a purchase from the EE shop for a contract/PAYG device. An account needs a mobile number with you don’t have as you haven’t taken out a contract or PAYG.

You just need to go to the EE online shop choose your product and wait for it to be delivered. Once delivered you’ll be able to setup an online account.

if your trying to purchase from the add to plan store you can not do that as your not a contract customer of EE as that’s a online store for EE contract customers only
