If you copy the link and paste into ypur browser it should work. Just delete the full stop at the end of the link 😀

I haven’t received a text from EE I got a email from BT informing me that I should receive a EE text with a link. I tried talking to EE tech department in another country I spoke to Vimal who didn’t have a clue he said he’s never heard of it .I have 3 EE phone lines and nobody can help with this problem

No I didn’t and what a con! I feel really let down by EE and they say I’m a valued customer who spends £130 a month with them, if only !!
