Spoke to several staff members on the phone and via Ee chat. Had esim code downloaded and via post. Went without phone signal for 4 days. Ee chat kept telling me it was sorted, this was false.&nbsp;<BR />Finally went to store in Wembley and Habib sorted this for me very quickly. He was friendly and helpful and professional.
