How do I send a Private Message ?? Has the functionality been removed ?

Before I get an RTFM response. There is no envelope icon that I can find. I have looked everywhere I can think of, and used multiple browsers, still no envelope.

How do I send a private message?

To send a private message:

Sign in to the community.
Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
Click Compose New Message.
Enter the recipient's name in the Send to area.

Note: Depending on your role in the community, you might be able to send a message to a group of users based on their role or rank in the community. If so, you can choose a role or a rank.
Enter the subject for the message in the Message Subject area.
Type the reply in the Message Body editor.
Click Send Message.
You can look for the messages you've sent in the Sent tab.

I wanted to chat with @XRaySpeX if he/she is available please. I know they have been answering a lot of the queries with the issue I have seen.

Chris, It was my first post. Before the post it was not at the top of the screen. As soon as hit post on my new topic post. It appeared. I am a new user so not sure if it will affect others or not.
