Fabulous Customer Service

I was helped today by the lovely Elesha, at the Great Marlborough Street branch.

She was completely on it! Warm, knowledgable, patient, kind and just a joy to deal with. Please thank her again and look after her - really good customer service is priceless and hard to come by post Covid.

Welcome to the community.

Did you use your SIM card in the UK to make a call or send a text before travelling abroad? That is what sets your phone up for international roaming.

If you haven't done that, you would not be able to use your SIM abroad.
