Scottish power of attorney

Hello, I have power of attorney over my husband and he has alzheimer’s disease and is now not able to make decisions on his own, only issue is I live in scotland and our power of attorneys are not issued via the gov.uk website instead via the office of public guardian. I’m not sure what to do as I don’t know if EE will accept this

Thanks for coming to the community.

Please do not worry about this, we do accept power of attorney documents from other sources, not just those that are issued through gov.uk.

The best thing I can suggest would be to give our customer service guides a call, and let them know what you have, and they'll help you through the best route to get the documents to the right place.
