&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with using your WIFI.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the EE app is specifically saying there's a problem with your account, rather than a fault on the line, it's worth Looking for any failed payments or outstanding balances, not just the current month's bill. Sometimes an earlier bill, failed Direct Debit, or account restriction can trigger a service suspension.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Wifi not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, my Internet has turned off completely even though my bill isn't due for another couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've restarted my hub, still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tested the connection through the app and I'm being told that I have a problem with my account. Been told to view this in billing etc. However I have looked though everything on my account and nothing appears to be wrong. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
