6 Weeks 8 hours telephone calls still no help from EE

4 new contacts set up all failed pre book appointments failed no one knows the answer now paying more because I am out of contract can’t leave EE account frozen ask to speak to a manager told no manager available

You can make a complaint here:

https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint

If after 8 weeks you do not receive a satisfactory result or have a deadlock, you can go to the ombudsmen, but I suspect you will receive a reply before then and hopefully a satisfactory one a well, good luck.

Contracts for what services/devices?
