EE Loughborough Store

I'm trying to collect my repaired phone from the EE store in Loughborough.

I went in yesterday, and they had a handwritten note on the door saying, " Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are closed 26/08/26"

They are not picking up the phone, and I'm from a different city, so I don't want to waste 2 hours driving there.

Do you know if it is open??

I'm sorry to hear the store was closed unexpectedly yesterday, but we do not have any further updates around this. Did they reach out to let you know the phone was ready to be collected?
