Can't jump to first unread post

I hope this is the right place for a question about the community website. The community feedback forum is the obvious place, but that is closed.

My question is about jumping to the first unread post in a thread. I have ticked my option in My settings > Preferences > Linear layout to "Jump to first unread post in a topic", but when I click on a thread title, I'm still taken to the first post, even though I have already read it. There are new posts since I last visited, but I'm still taken to the first post.

Is there something else I need to do to jump to the first post? It's very tedious having to scroll through posts I've already seen to get to the new posts.

Thanks for taking the time to flag this.

I've given the same settings a test myself and finding the exact same issues that you've described.

We've gone ahead and raised this with Khoros, and if we need any more details in the meantime we'll let you know.
