Why 7 days ago was I sold a package to change from BT with 20 years issue free

sold a new EE package as though it was all one company after 25 years of no issues to now have no wifi, no TV its not working

we cannot watch tv or use wifi even on phones and then I see this was a suggestion in an area that is clearly having “mast” problems ie its not got a working one in the Wigan area

I am speechless and now need to cancel quickly within my 14 day period, but foolishly i followed instructions and sent all our BT kit back
