Recently renewed contracts on our 2 monthly sims and were sold the scamguard add on. It appears on the account as £2 per phone per month but I have received marketing offering to sell me scamguard. Just click here to add it ? So do I need to activate it, am I paying for something I don't have. How can I check it is on the phones and operating in the background.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can check whether Scam Guard is active by viewing the add-ons for each SIM in your EE account or the EE App.

If Scam Guard is showing as an active add-on and you're being charged for it, there's no need to purchase it again.
