Great customer service

I want to praise your employee Gareth from the Doncaster office today for his endless patience, professionalism, good humour and demeanour in helping me to solve a problem. I had spoken to a number of others over several days and many hours and failed to get a solution. He is a credit to your company and deserves thanks. It was a marathon phone call that brought he desired result.
