topic Using "Find A Store" in EE Community info & News

The "EE Community info & News" may not be the correct location for this, but it seems to me to be the best of a load of other locations that would be wrong.

I've just tried using "Find A Store", and the end result is useless. It asks for my post code, and when I type it in, it ignores my postcode and uses a fixed one that is several miles away. Is everything that is EE a load of garbage. I have already raised a ticket on another problem (I cannot use "View Bill") and I have only been with EE 2 months. The View Bill ticket may or may not have been closed, but that problem remains. If only UW had a VOIP phone, I could have stayed with them and Plusnet.

Incidentally, and changing the subject a bit, we have problems with the wi-fi in the evenings, where devices that use it become disconnected. Its not a problem during the day, only in the evening. I dont know if the signal just gets weaker, or turns off completely. I think it must be weaker because one time I moved a laptop a few feet and it reconnected. However, that meant standing up and holding the laptop - I'm not rearranging the furniture. Is the answer I need a wi-fi booster?

Thanks for any help

No problems here with the EE store finder. Maybe try an incognito window or different browser?
