You can ring customer service and once given the options press 2 and you should be able to speak to someone.

As @Schockwave mentioned, when you ring on 150 it should initially mention our visual service, but you can bypass this by selecting 2 and it will give you the regular phone menu.

Have you checked the breakdown of your bill, otherwise you will have to speak to customer service, which this is not.

The guide is a Bot, it does not solve my issue, and no one has called me back. It is very frustrating.

@GriffithsG2201 , not true, I have rung and got through to someone without speaking to a bot, choose the one for mobile and then 2 and you should be able to speak to someone, many have done this, not sure what you are pressing and how you are ringing them.

@GriffithsG2201 , when you ring customer services, first make sure that it is the one for broadband, which I believe is 2 and then I believe it is 2 again, although it probably will not matter, as they should be able to put you through to the right person, I believe.

Thats exactly what I have been doing for the last two hours or more. It asks me to taxt fault, so that what I do, then I am on the merry roundabout again. I think I will just cancel the service. It is far short of what is promised....

This does not seem right, I would just press 2 and speak to someone about phone, what is your problem? This might help give you a better answer, hopefully.

Just to add, they may send you a text to verify it is you and you reply with yes.

Hi, to solve any confusion. The issue I have is that my home Broadband is not strong enough reception upstairs for my son to do his University homework, it keeps dropping off. Sometimes even as low as 12 down and 16 upload. It sometimes is not even strong enough to do the test

What you need is wifi extenders, that should help with the broadband working upstairs, as it is obviously being blocked by walls etc. I have them, had them for a long time, and they do work, there are different ones you can get, I would look for them, or you should be able to get them from EE shop.

@Adam12338 , you need to either ring customer service and speak to them, or click on shop and look at the sim only contracts to see what you want and see if you get accepted, we cannot do anything in this public forum, we have no account access and do not know who you are.
