EE Customer Service Festive Hours

Could someone please confirm what hours EE phone service is open?

I am trying to organise an upgrade and have called several times today.

Each time, I am told that during the festive period the opening hours will be different.

However, these hours have not been publicised or shared anywhere, so I have no idea if 150 is completely offline today.

Could someone please clarify when an agent will be available? I appreciate it is Boxing Day but it's getting a bit tiresome not knowing when to to call!

They are open between 8am-4pm.

They will be open as normal tomorrow.

Thanks for coming to the community.

We have some departments that are open until 4pm today, but this does not include our upgrades guides.

They will be available over the weekend from 8am to 8pm, or if you wanted to look at your upgrade options sooner, you can login online or through the EE app and look at the upgrade options there.

Thanks for your response. It's appreciated. I'll give the team a try tomorrow.

It might be helpful in future to either publicise the opening hours somewhere, or incl, the details on the recorded message you hear on the phone.

Our billing guides are available today from 10am to 4pm.
