Trying to contact EE

Good evening, anyone else struggling to speak with an adviser when you call EE. Every time I call it's a wait of 45 minutes.

I'm sorry to hear that there was a long wait to get through to us.

Did you manage to get in touch with one of our guides eventually?

If you have access to your My EE app, you can arrange a call back, usually within 15 minutes, so you won't have to wait around for someone to answer.
