EE job application, but no response

I applied for a retail advisor role, and was given an online interview to perform. After completing this interview I was emailed that I would get a response in the next few days. It’s been almost 2 weeks with no response. I would like to know the update regarding this, as It’s unprofessional leaving someone to second-guess their position and being left with false-hope. If I could get some assistance, it would be great.

When you log in to the careers page what status does your application show?

I would recommend completing this online form for someone to get in touch.

Hi, when I log into my careers page, this paragraph shows up.

“Dear candidate,
Thanks for expressing an interest in working at BT.
In this section you'll be able to provide us with some details that we need to review and process your application.
If you decide not to apply for this job then you can still complete a profile and make it available for recruiters to contact you in case you're a match for something else.
At BT we take your privacy seriously. Protecting your information and respecting your privacy is fundamental to us, and we need to obtain some of this data to provide services to you. By providing this data you're giving your consent to make it available to our recruiters.
Thank you.”

In regards to my status, there’s no option to check. If you could please help it would be great thanks.

I'd recommend completing the form that was linked in my previous post.

The team should be able to chase this for you.

Hi Katie,

I am having the same problem, I had an interview on the 16th and haven’t heard anything back, this was a face to face interview. My status shows “interview complete” however I have not received any update , I have tried contacting recruitment and it has been days.

please could you private message or advise.

I hope you’re doing well I have a similar issue I have applied for a role have completed online interview and video interview and haven’t heard back since. I have emailed the team and I have filed the form you have suggested , could you please help as I am really interested in the role.

I completed the online interview on the 29/08/2024 and completed the online form few days ago , can’t remember the date , apologises.

If you only filled this out recently I'd recommend leaving it a few more days to give our team some time to review your details and get back to you.

can you please help me to look into other options please as it has been a while and I would like to get a clear response so I can look at other opportunities as it happened to me in the past is well when I had applied for the same role in a different location.

Hi sorry to bother you I know this thread is old but could you please help me out, I applied for the retail advisor position at breahead shopping centre in Glasgow. Full time role. And I used the link to submit my situation to BT I haven't heard back, I applied for the job 3 weeks ago I've completed all the virtual ai interviews and nothing. Please assist me with this as I don't want to give up hope.

No nothing at all from ee or bt am starting to lose hope because it was a role and job I really wanted.
