Dear EE,

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible support I received from Aled in your tech team over the past couple of days.

From the very beginning, Aled was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, polite and incredibly helpful - an absolute credit to the team. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue, and thanks to his persistence and professionalism, it was fully resolved today.

It's rare to come across someone who combines genuine kindness with such efficiency and expertise. Aled made what could have been a frustrating situation feel manageable and positive. What a great guy!

As there was no link after the phone call ended for me to leave a review, please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to him. He truly made a difference.
