He was excellent.</P><P>He solved my issue of a delay by Open Reach in laying a fixed line by suggesting a 4g mobile dongle and 1 month unlimited SIM card.&nbsp;<BR /><BR />He was open, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional.
