EE website session timeout

Can EE tech team please increase session of EE community website, we everytime I need to login even just after 15-20 minutes.

If remember me can be there, at least 24 hours login may help rather than 24 minutes or so.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your sessions. Are you active for the time you are logged in, and then logged out unexpectedly?

I mean EE should extend the session because we are using personal devices not the public computer

@Rky The time out doesn’t take in to account what device you are using as it doesn’t know if you own it or if it’s a public device. How would it know this ? You get timed out for not actually having interaction with the site, if there was a long time out then there could be 100s of users still logged in because of just closing the webpage and not logging out.

Yeah but there is a concept of ‘Remember me’ which keeps your session longer. But I haven’t seen this on EE login page.
