      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Merry Christmas, Just to say I ordered an apple device online since the 24th of December - A £30 upfront payment was taken from my account since and up till now I haven't got a confirmation email or order reference so I can track the order. can anyone kindly help with the next steps to take to find my tracking number - I have checked the junk and spam folders and nothing there yet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help will be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
