for my EE account and the EE community account.

I have used different emails for my EE account and EE community , can I change my email address

for EE community to the same one I use for my EE account

Your Community login is an EE a/c. Are you saying you have 2 EE a/c's (with diff email addys), 1 you use for the Community & the other for whatever products you have with EE?

I must have two accounts one for community and one for EE, do I need to

create a new community account using my EE account email address?

Yes, create a new Community a/c linked to your ordinary EE a/c. You've already closed your old Community a/c associated with the EE a/c you used before for the Community
