Hi, I spoke to Beth in your billing department in Plymouth, earlier this afternoon, she was very helpful and it was a pleasure speaking to her. She was friendly, courteous and very clear and concise in dealing with my query and also sent me a link if I needed to speak to someone in the next few days: a rep would call me back in 15 mins - good after-service.

Hopefully you can forward this onto the relevant department. She is an asset to EE.
