Customer Feedback Carlisle Store

Couldn't find anywhere where I could leave customer feedback for in-store employees so I'm posting here, hoping it gets back to them.

I've been an EE customer for as long as I've had a phone, and I've gone through a few. The service in the Carlisle store is always fantastic, it's a big contributor to why I've stayed with EE so long, always feel welcome in the store and they're really helpful.

On this occasion they've gone above and beyond. I recently upgraded to a Pixel 6 Pro, and Taryn and Jess were absolutely brilliant, I couldn't have asked for better people to see me. Jess saw me a few days before I upgraded and she sorted me out with all the prices and add-ons so I could go away and think, and she was an absolute delight to talk to! 2 days later I came in to upgrade and Taryn sorted me out, letting me know all other deals on offer I could get, and was patient and helpful while I made some last minute decisions, and we had a nice chat while sorting out payment etc. Thanks to Jess and Taryn, I walked away extremely chuffed and I honestly cannot thank them enough, such a wonderful team at the Carlisle store!

If anyone could relay this back to the Carlisle store I'd really appreciate it because they deserve to know, Jess and Taryn especially!
